I have been fortunate to work in learning and development for over 25 years across various industries, including manufacturing, customer service, fitness, and legal services. I am passionate about helping people achieve their career goals and be the best they can be.
My delivery style is engaging and relaxed, utilizing a variety of learning techniques to accelerate and embed learning, while ensuring we have fun in the process. I have been an Insights Practitioner throughout my career and have witnessed many "a-ha" moments of self and team discovery. The return on investment continues long after the team participates in the workshop, helping to shape their personal development plans moving forward.
In 2022, I decided to join the Menopause Experts Group as an accredited, Licensed Champion. After completing their comprehensive training plan, I am now able to work with individuals to help them navigate the menopause transition. I also deliver workshops to organisations that understand the importance of supporting team members experiencing menopause symptoms.
On a personal note, I have two boys—Matt and Josh—who keep me busy. I am also a bit of an adrenaline junkie! I’ve already tried wing-walking, skydiving, zip wiring, and hang-gliding, and I’m always on the lookout for the next challenge.
