Leadership Development

People management can be tough.  Even more so if there hasn't been the opportunity to develop the skill of dealing with the challenges that will inevitably arise.  I will work with you and the team to understand what the challenges are and linking with the organisation strategy, build a bespoke learning programme for your Managers, delivered in house or virtually to meet your learners needs.  Popular workshops include ‘Stepping into People Management’, ‘Managing Change’ and ‘Team Building and Motivation’.

Menopause

A recent poll commissioned by Koru Kids, estimates that over 1 million women in the UK could quit their jobs due to lack of menopause support.  One of the most common reasons was a lack of understanding from the management team.

As an accredited Menopause Champion (and someone who is going through it!)  I can support your managers and employees in helping to create an open culture around the menopause and understand how to provide the right support.
